d) Mappa (link a Google Maps).

4. A chi comunichiamo i dati

5. I tuoi diritti

Privacy notice and cookies

Last updated: 3 October 2026. Notice given under Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) to the users of elisacarlabeautiful.house.

1. Data controller

The data controller is an individual: Pietro Stopponi, Via Tomba di Nerone 30, 00189 Rome, Italy. For any request about your personal data: pietro@stopponi.net. No Data Protection Officer has been appointed, as it is not mandatory.

2. What data we process, why and for how long

a) Browsing data (server logs). When you visit the site, the servers automatically record your IP address, date and time, the page requested, the outcome and your browser type. This is needed to run the site, keep it secure and detect abuse. Legal basis: the controller’s legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Retention: in the server logs for about six weeks, then deleted; longer only if needed to document an abuse or an attack.

b) Contact form. If you use the form on the Contact pages you give us your name, email address, phone number, subject and message. We use them only to reply to you. Legal basis: your request and the pre-contractual steps you ask for (Art. 6(1)(b)). Messages reach the controller by email and are not stored in an archive on the site. Retention: the time needed to reply; if no relationship follows, no longer than 12 months. Providing the data is optional, but without the required fields we cannot reply. To tell people from automated programs the form uses checks that run inside the site (a hidden trap field and a minimum filling time): it loads no third-party service and sets no cookie.

c) Bookings. The site does not take bookings or payments. The date search button opens the inReception booking engine (booking.inreception.com) in a new tab. The dates and guests you enter, and the identity, contact and payment details you provide there, are collected by that engine to conclude and manage your stay. inReception’s role: for the booking it acts as a service provider on behalf of the controller (processor under Art. 28 GDPR); for its own purposes (for example platform security and cookies on its own domain) it is an independent controller, under its own notice: www.inreception.com. Legal basis: performance of the stay contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) and legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)), including reporting guest data to the public security authorities and tax and tourist-tax duties. Retention: for the duration of the relationship and then for the periods set by law (generally ten years for tax records).

d) Map (link to Google Maps). The Contact page has an "Apri in Google Maps" (Open in Google Maps) link. The page loads nothing from Google: only if you select the link does your browser open Google Maps (Google Ireland Limited, and Google LLC in the United States), which receives your IP address and technical browser data and may use its own cookies or similar tools, under their notice: policies.google.com/privacy. It is your choice whether to open it.

e) Site security. The site uses an application firewall installed on the site itself, which examines incoming requests to block attacks; blocked IP addresses stay in the server logs. It sends no data to external services. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

f) What we do not do. The site uses no traffic analytics, no profiling and no advertising, has no comments or visitor registration, and sends no newsletter. Fonts and icons are served by the site itself, without calling external services.

3. Cookies

The site sets no cookies for visitors: no technical, analytics or profiling cookies. At the last check (3 October 2026) normal browsing stored no cookie in the browser. This is why no choice banner is shown. Session cookies of the administration area concern only people with an account on the site. The third-party services described above remain; your browser contacts them directly and they may use their own tools: inReception (on every page, for the dates widget, and in the booking engine). You can manage or delete cookies in your browser settings.

4. Who receives the data

Data is neither sold nor disseminated. It may be received, within their respective roles, by: the hosting provider (servers in Germany, Hetzner Online GmbH), the content delivery network that serves the pages (Bunny.net, BunnyWay d.o.o., Slovenia), the email service provider, inReception, Google (only if you open the map link), the professionals handling tax duties, and public authorities when the law requires it. Some of them may process data outside the European Economic Area (in particular in the United States): transfers rely on an adequacy decision (EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or on standard contractual clauses.

5. Your rights

At any time you may ask for access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection to processing and portability (Arts. 15-22 GDPR), and withdraw any consent you gave, without affecting processing already carried out. Write to pietro@stopponi.net: we reply within one month. If you believe the processing breaches the law, you may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali) (www.garanteprivacy.it), or with the authority of the EU country where you live.

6. Updates

This notice may change when the site or the law changes. The last update date is at the top of the page.
